Daily: $1 per 1/2 hour for the first 3 hrs; $12 all day (max.)
Early Bird Special: $2.50 all day if parked by 9 am
Late Bird Special: $2.75 all night if parked after 5 pm
Monthly: $50 per month
Special Event: $5-$15 per event
Special Discounts: Retail customers get up to 3 hours parking for $1 with $5 purchase at Peabody Place Entertainment and Retail Center or from Beale Street merchants; Movie patrons get up to 2.5 hours free parking.
This 1,000-space parking facility (Downtown's largest) features the latest parking control system technology, as well as
state-of-the-art security and patrol officers designed to provide safe, convenient parking for all. It is connected to the Peabody Place Entertainment and Retail Center and to The Peabody Hotel via pedestrian skybridges.
