Special Event: $5 - $15 per event
Special Discounts: Retail customers get to 3 hours parking for $1 with $5 purchase from Peabody Place Entertainment & Retail Center; Movie patrons get up to 2.5 hours free parking.
The Peabody Tower garage is equipped with state-of-the-art security cameras and is guarded by a professional security
staff, seven days a week. Monthly parkers have 24-hour access to the garage, which is located
only a block away from Beale Street and is easily accessible from other Downtown locations via the Main Street Trolley.
The Peabody Tower Garage participates in the discounted parking program and is connected to the Peabody Place
Entertainment & Retail Center via a pedestrian skybridge over Second Street.
